Request to be Added to CirclePoint Directory

If you have a service that should be included in this directory or know of a service, please email us at directory_listing@circlepoint.org with the following information:

1. Please provide the following general information to be posted in the directory:

1. Business name
   
2. Your name
   
3. Your credentials, registration numbers
   
4. Your specialities
   
5. How you would like potential clients to contact you.
   
6. A sentence or two stating why people should go to you for the particular services you offer.

2. Please provide the names and phone numbers of two clients for references (do not include family or friends). They will be called to talk about the benefits they received from you. At no point will these names be posted on this site or released to the public. These references are strictly for the evaluation process.

3. You agree not to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, religion, gender, age, spirituality, or race. If you have a minimum age requirement, please provide that information.

(If complaints from customers are forwarded to CirclePoint about such conditions, your service will be removed from the directory.)

4. You agree that your services should empower its clients and whenever possible educate its clients on the services being provided.

5. You will be notified after your service has been evaluated and posted. Please include for CirclePoint use only, your phone number, email and mailing address.
