InnerMidst Magazine

InnerMidst is a wholistic-oriented informational magazine written by and for women regarding issues and ideas that impact and concern us. Our mission is to provide information, stir the hearts and minds of the reader, and to help in the empowerment of women and the people in our lives. Each edition will have a variety of topics, as well as ongoing themes. Descriptions of the various departments are below:

Departments and Columns
  • Spirit-to-Spirit
An open exchange for all spiritual and religious perspectives. InnerMidst is looking for women who wish to share their religious and/or spiritual experiences from a first-person perspective.

  • Health Share
Diverse healing modalities and perspectives will be addressed by a variety of guest writers and organizations (e.g. People's Pharmacy, American Botanical Council, and much more).

  • Parenting and Relationships
Whether you are a parent or not, how we parent ourselves and those we love is part of our everyday life. Relationship joys and challenges will be shared from a perspective of growth and affirmation.

  • Features
Various kinds of articles submitted from women and girls, who have not shared their writings in public before, as well as those who have had their writings published before.

  • Men Supporting Women
Stories by men who have positively impacted women and girls as well as stories by men who have been positively impacted by women. If you are a woman, please encourage the men in your life to submit their writings.

  • For the Record
Often times we look back at our lives. We saw when our paths started to become clear to us that life was too short to continue in patterns that did not honor us. This section is devoted to those times. These letters are unedited save for spelling and typos. When requested, confidentiality is provided.

  • Question and Answers
Readers can send in questions about InnerMidst and CirclePoint. Answers may be posted for everyone to learn from, with the writer's permission of course. The writer's first name and city will be included, unless specified otherwise by the writer.

  • On the Spot
We highlight a person, organization, or a business that have in particular been of service to women and women's concerns.
